I am passionate about seeing women live in optimal health and vitality. Life is so precious. During my cancer journey, I studied a lot about health and nutrition and the keys to listening to my own body. Since then, I’ve continued to learn and coach women, and I’m thrilled to help them achieve the results they desire.
I've been where you are...
I have one of those look-at-food-and-gain-weight kind of metabolisms, and struggled a lot in my teens and twenties with my weight. But for the last 10-15 years, I feel like I’ve cracked the code. Sometimes, I’ve been through stressful times in my life, and I’ve gained weight, but I have been able to lose the weight and keep it off without dieting. I continue to be incredibly healthy with lots of energy, and I want others to enjoy the same vibrancy.
